In consideration of acceptance of my application to participate in the 2013 Rockhopper, I agree to forever release, discharge, and waive any and all liability claims or demands against the Monticello Cycling Club, City of Vacaville, TimeYourRace, or their officers, employees, and representatives I further understand that serious accidents do and can occur during racing and that participants occasionally sustain mortal or serious injuries. I further attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event.  I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during this said event.  I hereby accept full responsibility and knowledge for following the correct course. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and/or photographs in any broadcast, telecast, newsprint or any other account of this event.  I expressly waive and release all claims of any kind, known or unknown. If you are registering a child under the age of 18 or an incapacitated adult you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf and by proceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this Agreement and Waiver shall apply equally to all Registered Parties. By registering a child under 13, you agree and consent to the collection of that child's information which you provide for the purposes of registration. I acknowledge I have read and fully understand my own liability and do accept the restriction. I have read and fully agree to the above. I waive any and all benefits under section 1524 of the civil code of the State of California.
